Fall 2009 - Holly Becker is 60, Claire Green is 22, Jessie Gorey is 11, Matthew Pitts, Molly Lind, Tina Traveller and Nicholas Gorey are 6.
Claire spent the weekend before the beginning of school settling in. It was strange to eat breakfast in a large cafeteria with no one else there. Chantilly was a big switch from living in Sim City.
Claire figured it would be good to have the parents and the kids over in the evening so everyone could get to know each other.
Claire had heard horror stories from Judy over at the Upper School but teaching the younger children seem to go quite smoothly.
The cafeteria was much more alive with all the kids filling the seats.
Tina Traveller and Jessie Gorey can always be found at the chess set.
Everyone loves music class. Claire figured it would be best to leave the kids to figure out which instrument's they wanted to play by trying them all out. It was a little chaotic but everyone seems to enjoy it.
Claire only knew Miles, Tammy and Jody in Chantilly so she decided to head out for dinner on her own. It was a beautiful fall evening so sitting out on the patio was a nice way to have dinner.
She ran into Tammy who introduced her to Holly Becker. Even though Holly no longer had children at Chantilly Academy she did help out with school events. All in all things where going well for Claire.
