October 2013: St Julian

October 2013:  Bailey Nova and Juan St Julian are 24.

Bailey: Juan and I have finally had break in our careers. I now work at a restaurant in the kitchen and Juan is working for a software development firm. With our new jobs we can now afford a bigger apartment on the north side of downtown Chantilly.

 Juan is working on a new video game and I'm always happy to help him test it out at home.

With the new place comes a much nicer and bigger kitchen so I have been working on my own recipes and hopefully at some point I will be able to show the head Chef what I can do.  Juan is always happy to be a guinea pig.

 Not everything is perfect at the new apartment, one of their neighbors is a little too friendly with me.

 We are able to afford a lot more nights out if we ever have a night off together.

I didn't think we would be able to enjoy the outdoor pool and patio until the spring but October turned out to be a very warm one.

Winter 2012: Nova Winter Vacation

Winter 2012: Andrew Nova is 61 and Kerry Nova is 59.


Kerry Nova: Andrew decided to surprise me with a beach vacation. He says its for my 60th birthday that will happen later this year. He whisked me off to Twikkii Island for a few days of glorious sun.



I guess in our moments of friskiness we didn't realize that there was actually someone around.



The first night was quite rainy so we spent it cuddling in our cabin.



The next day was still rainy so we went to the spa. It was so nice to relax in the sauna.

I left Andrew in the sauna and went for my hot stone massage..... it was so nice to relax.



I found Andrew later lounging on a hammock. I don't think he's quiet got the idea of relaxing, he was still in his suit.

I think Andrew thought I was asleep when he went to play in the puddle on our balcony one night.



After Andrew crawled into bed I got up for a midnight snack.



We finally got a nice sunny day so we decided to spend it on the beach and relax.




We decided to go to one of the larger hotels for a romantic dinner. It's so nice to just spend time together, not worrying about work.



Our last night was so wonderful, we didn't want to go to bed and miss out on any time we had left.



Despite the rain through a lot of our vacation I was still disappointed to leave that morning. We will have to come back here someday.

Winter 2010/2011: Nova's New Years Eve Party

Winter 2010/2011: Andrew Nova is 61, Kerry Nova is 58, Bailey Nova and Juan St Julien are 21 and Miriam Nova and Justin Flylar are 19.



Kerry: The girls came home for a short while during the holidays. It was nice to have a quiet lunch just the family before our New Years Eve party. It's not going to be a big party like Holly and Kevin had last year, just a few friends and the girls boyfriends.




Justin's had come home for the holidays so he came over before the party began for a little bit.




Juan came over a little while after. I don't think he's been here since everything happened between Bailey and Edward a few years back.




It was nice to get a family picture with everyone all dressed up for the party.




Andrew loves to cook for a crowed. Everyone loved his pork chops.




Kevin loves to bang the pots on New years.




Bailey and Juan weren't so happy with all the noise. Unfortunately despite being New Years the police thought our party was a little too loud and shut our party down before midnight.




It ended up the boys (Andrew, Juan and Justin) building sandcastle us ladies danced the rest of the night away.
