I have been reading a few blogs lately and I like the idea of having real years, being able to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries etc. From this point on I will be doing rounds by 2 year increments. My main influence for this has been Pine Hollow and Lakeside Heights. Also I won't be going in a specific order for the rounds, rather I will fit families in as things are happening to them.

Spring 2013: Miriam Nova, Justin Flylar, Loren Becker, Frederick Becker Addison Becker, Hannah Becker, Henry Pitts and Meadow Thayer are 21. Anthony Upsnott, Madison Mather, Brandon Becker, Tamara Newson and Diana Lind are 20. Jacob Flylar is 19.

As it was their last year for many of the University students from Chantilly they decided to go away for spring Break. The hotel they was over booked when they arrived so some of them had to go to anther hotel down the street, not quite as nice but no extra cost. It wasn't like they where going to be spending much time in the hotel anyway.

Not everyone wanted to go and see the ruins so the gang that did rushed off as soon as they got to the island, only Meadow had had the forsight to change into summer clothes at the airport before they got on the shuttle. Henry was particullarly uncomfortable in he shirt and trousers.

Meadow found herself alone at the fountain. She may have been alone but she was very peaceful and decided to make an offering. Everything with Henry had been going so well the past year and she wanted it to stay that way.

The others stayed back at their hotel to relax.

Frederick and Diana had a long heart to heart and decide they wanted to try and repair their relationship but they where not going to do anything serious until Diana finished school in another year.

Only the first drink at the hotel was free and Henry took advantage of that when they got back from the ancient ruins.

Drinks were not a problem, Madison had found a store that sold beer while the others were at the ruins. There was lots to drink in their hotel room.

Most of the week was spent on the beach with all of the other University students that had come down for spring break.

Again there was plenty of beer to be had on the beach.

Henry found the fire pit and lit a campfire, similar to the time they had all spent on the beach at the end of High School

The gang spent a lot of the evening/night talking around the campfire and about how different things would be next year.

Winter 2013: Pitts

Winter 2013: Jordan Pitts is 56, Aiden Pitts is 55, Colin Pitts is 17 and Matthew Pitts is 9.

Colin: I'm still dating Kea, she's so easy to hang out with. She loves to play pinball almost as much as I do.

Lot's of other things we like to do together too.

Sometimes I hear noises from my parents room that I really don't want to hear.

Mum recently went shopping at the new supermarket in the north end of Chantilly. It's been a really mild winter so far but I think the plants at the supermarket at fake.

She said it was really nice, clean and a great selection of fresh produce and meat.

Dad has been really busy writing papers for work. He wants to make Cheif of Staff and published papers helps his chances.

Dad isn't the only one busy at work, there are often nights when Dad will order in Chinese as Mum is busy working on a new game they are developing.

Dad always makes time for Matthew. Matthew loves to dance, he'll grab whoever is around and get them to dance with him.

Despite being busy Mum and Dad still try to have a family dinner every week. These days it's more often at the local diner rather than a home cooked meal. I don't mind, I like the burgers at the diner.

I switched the season over to Winter but when Jordan went to the supermarket it still looked like spring.

Fall 2012: Chantilly Tech

Fall 2012: Addison Becker, Hannah Becker, Henry Pitts and Meadow Thayer are 21, Anthony Upsnott and Madison Mather are 20.

Most mornings started with the gang eating breakfast together. Though it wasn't unusually for one of them to be off at a table alone craming for some test or assignment.

The boys were often found playing pinball together.

The girls on the other hand had a preference for darts. Often however it was just Madison and Meadow playing.

Addison and Hannah were often found spending time in the hot tub while the other's where playing games.

Madison and Anthony still enjoyed the hottub as well. Not quite as much as Addison and Hannah.

It wouldn't be unusuall to find Henry playing pinball on his own, having been abandonded by Anthony.

Anthony was determined to have a clean bathroom and would go in and clean after the cleaning lady had already done her job. He just didn't think she did a good enough job on the showers.

When Anthony went off on one of his cleaning binges Madison would hide away in her room and read romance novels.

Henry and Meadow, now that they where a steady couple spent even more time together. The did everything together even studying even though they had no classes in common.

At the end of the day Henry and Meadow would cuddle up in one of their rooms, they never spent a night apart.

Fall 2012: Sim State University

Fall 2012: Miriam Nova, Justin Flylar, Loren Becker, Frederick Becker are 21, Brandon
Becker, Tamara Newson and Diana Lind are 20, Jacob Flylar is 19.

The ladies of SSU decided they needed to check out some of the downtown scene. Diana knew just where to take them. It was a bit of a dive but still lots of fun.

They started the night with a few drinks at the bar.

After a few drinks Diana convinced Loren to get up with her and sing. They both had a great time but couldn't convince the others to join them.

Most of the night they spent playing pool.

Frederick couldn't figure out what was going on with him and Diana, they had spent a lot of time over the summer together and when she came to visit they had a great time in the hot tub.

Later the same evening Diana started to question what was going on between them and why they kept ending up in the hot tub together.

Tamara on the other hand knew exactly what she wanted.

... and it wasn't one of the guys in the dorm hitting on her.

Tamara was only interested in Jacob.

Loren and Brandon found they could barley make the rent as they where going out so much.

They decided to stick closer to home and only go to the coffee shop on campus.

Brandon is a good cook so he started experimenting with recipes, trying to make similar dishes to those at their favorite restaurants.

It didn't go over so well one night, he got distracted and let the roast burn.

The study sessions they hosed where always a success as the food, with the exception of the burn offerings, was always good.

Diana is driving me crazy. When Frederick is on the same lot as her she won't even accept a flirt from anyone else but if he's not around she will Woohoo with a few different guys in her dorm. Frederick seems not interested in anyone but Diana and rejects flirts from everyone but Diana. They are probably the highest attraction score in my game but I guess they have a bit of growing to do.
I didn't write about Miriam and Justin as nothing happened with them, a very boring couple at the moment.
I seem to have lost Miriam's hair, if anyone knows where I might have downloaded it from I would be grateful. That or a new hairstyle for her, nothing I have seems to suit her.

Fall 2012: Chantilly Academy Lower School

Fall 2011: Daniel Becker is 23, Matthew Pitts, Molly Lind, Tina Traveller, Lana Connor and Nicholas Gorey are 9.

Claire had decided to take a bit more time off so Daniel was more than happy to teach the Fall session at Chantilly Academy Lower school. The students were happy to see Daniel as well.

The playground will always be the favorite of the students.

Daniel found himself back into the routine and the kids though they would rather be somewhere else they were very well behaved.

The only thing different from the previous year was that the boys were a bit more interested in music class. They were trying out different instruments.

Lunch time conversation was all about the new people they had met over the summer.

Nothing exciting really happened on this play session.

Fall 2012: McArthur

Fall 2012: Larry McArthur is 55, Catherine is 53, Penny is 16 and Jasmine is 1,
(Gabriella Gorey is 16 and Chris Mather is 14).

Penny: I love my little sister, she's so much more fun now that she is a toddler.

One night a week I babysit Jasmine so Mum and Dad can go out for 'date night'. Now that school is back they make sure it's not too late a night if they go out on a weeknight.

Gabriella and I still hang out a lot but it's only the occasional weekend that we get to go to the Corner Spot.. Usually we hang out in Chantilly.

I've also started hanging out with a new girl at school, Chris Mather. She's two years younger than me but she's really cool.

One weekend when Mum and Dad where out I invited Clay over, he's really cute but it's nothing serious. I wasn't sure if I was going to tell Mum about him.

One morning when Dad was out I did mention Clay to Mum. I told her that we weren't going steady or anything just hanging out for now.

Jasmine started walking one night when Mum and Dad where out on a date. They where so surprised the next day when we showed them what Jasmine could do.

Thankfully I didnt' have to do much with potty training Jasmine. Dad was the only one who she didn't fight when she was put on the potty.

Jasmine is now saying a few words too. Her favorite word is 'deddy'

Things are on hold for a little bit as I now have a newborn at home. We will see how long it is till I have some hint of a routine. When I do I'll be back with my Sims.

Summer 2012: Lind

Summer 2012: Korey Lind is 62, Sarah Lind is 57, Frederick Pitts is 20, Diana Lind is 19, Molly Lind and Lana Connor are 6.

Sarah: We've had quite the surprise in our family this year. I thought I was past the ability to have another child and then I found out that I was pregnant. I was really worried about how the girls would react to this. Molly is thrilled that she's going to have a younger sibling.

Diana came's home on the weekends and I don't think she was too thrilled about her 57 year old mother was pregnant. At least she is now able to make curtains rather than more pot holders.

I found out later from Molly but Diana invited Frederick over later that evening to talk to. I knew they where talking to each other again. Obviously things are little more complicated than that.

Molly said she went to watch a movie when Diana and Frederick closed the bedroom door.

The next day Diana invited Brandon over for a heart to heart talk. I'm glad she has someone to talk to about everything. I know she won't talk to me about Frederick.

Molly, thank goodness is a normal little girl. She has been spending most of her summer with her best friend Lana Connor.

It's kind of fun when the girls actually want me to join in on their slumber parties.

When I get overwhelmed with all that is going on Korey is great. We could spend hours on end lying watching the stars and talking about our future. Things will defiantly be different with our third child.

I never expected Sarah to have a 3rd child. I heard the pregnancy chimes at one of the parties another sim had but I couldn't figure out who was pregnant. Baby Lind will be born Spring 2013.

Spring 2012: Chantilly Tech

Fall 2011: Addison Becker, Hannah Becker, Henry Pitts and Meadow Thayer are 20, Anthony Upsnott and Madison Mather are 19.

After the holidays Hannah decided that she should make a last ditch effort to make a truce.

Madison and Anthony came in near the end of lunch and couldn't believe what they saw. At least it meant that Hannah and Loren wouldn't be moving out, at least not yet.

There was no surprise as to where Madison and Anthony spent their spare time.

Addison has decided that the group needs to go on a vacation. Anthony has at least convinced her to postpone it till spring break next year so they can all put aside some money for it.

Meadow and Henry spend all their time together, Henry's room is left empty pretty much all of the time now.

They even spend their study time together. The only time they don't see each other was when they go to class.

All too soon the group our having one last breakfast before exams.

Spring 2012: Sim State Downtown Campus

Fall 2011: Diana Lind is 19 and Jacob Flylar is 18.

The pool table is the main gather point for everyone in the dorm. Both Diana and Jacob love to waste hours playing pool with whoever wants to join them.

The food at the dorm can get a little boring so it's not unusually for students to find themselves eating at the cafeteria's on campus.

Diana is still trying to figure out what she wants from Frederick. She still is very attracted to Frederick but she doesn't want to be hurt by him again.

Diana still enjoys the freedom to flirt with whoever she wants too. Though she is beginning to realize that she may have to be careful about giving off the wrong message. One of the guys at the dorm she thinks is falling hard for her.

Jacob goes to see Tamara on the weekends as much as possible but when he is at the dorm he will gossip with whoever is around. I guess Penny spending time on campus taking dance lessons has lead to some gossip about her.

Spring 2012: Sim State University

Fall 2011: Miriam Nova, Justin Flylar, Loren Becker, Frederick Becker are 20, Brandon Becker, Tamara Newson and Diana Lind are 19.

Frederick would spend a lot of his time along playing the piano.

He was beginning to spend a bit more time with some of the guys in the dorm.

Tamara was overjoyed the first day that was warm enough to go swimming in the outdoor pool.

She did spend a lot of time playing chess, usually on her own but sometimes others would play her.

Frederick found himself calling Diana a lot just to talk. He was beginning to realize that he really wanted a second chance with her no matter how long it took.

Tamara spent a lot of time on the phone too. Mostly talking to Jacob.

Tamara looked forward to the few weekends that Jacob would come to see her. They would spend those weekends locked in Tamara's dorm room with a few breaks for food.

Miriam and Justin would take advantage of the warmer spring weather and go for walks every chance they got.

Most mornings where pretty much the same, Justin reading the paper and Miriam working on her assignments.

Miriam would do most of the cleaning around their apartment, especially the bathroom.

Justin decided they needed a night out and took Miriam on a date to a little cafe on campus.

They spend a long time waiting for the waitress to take their order but all she did was watch them drink their water. So much for a romantic date. They left the cafe and went back to their apartment.

That night they had a dinner of junk food from the vending machine's in the lobby of their building.

Miriam loves to spend hours looking through the telescope on the communal balcony. Especially during the day to spy on people.

Sometimes Miriam see's things she really wishes that she hadn't. It doesn't stop her from watching people.

Sometimes it's just easier to go to the library to work on their term papers as they only have one computer that they always fight over at the apartment.

Loren and Brandon love to take walks at local park. There is also a really nice restaurant next to the park that they like to go to.

They go to this restaurant a lot on dates.

When they realize just how much they have spent on dinners out they start working together to make a few more of their meals at home.

Loren found her marks where slipping so she asked one of her prof's to come over and help her with her course work.

Brandon just like having someone from his classes over to study with, it would keep him more focused on his work.

Spring 2012: Chantilly Academy Upper School

Spring 2012: Ginger Newson is 57, Miles Connor is 42, Tammy Holland is 26 Colin Pitts, Stewart Newson, Penny McArthur and Gabriella Gorey are 16.

Ginger seems to be having more difficulty than usual with her class and keeping them focused on their school work this spring.

Miles decided to help out and between the two of them they soon had the kids back to their school work.

Stewart and Penny are always happy to be in art class. They love to paint.

Colin and Gabriella on the other hand are never that interested in painting.

When there isn't that much to talk about in the student's lives they often switch to the gossip about the teachers. The favourite topic of conversation these days seems to be Tammy Holland.

The girls always like to expand on what they think is going on in their Art and music teachers personal life. There are always things the girls will only suggest when the boys aren't around.

Spring 2012: Newson

Spring 2012: Kyle and Ginger Newson are 56 and Stewart Newson is 16.

Kyle: With Tamara off at University I have converted her old bedroom to a workshop. I haven't repainted yet but getting my toys made is more of a priority.

Becker Toy's is getting really busy these days. I need to hire someone to take over the cash so I can spend more time with the customers.

I do have to admit that I spend some time playing darts with the boys when they come in. That is becoming a more regular event.

I'm still working on figuring out some clients moods. There is always one customer that you just can't please.

I try to get home for dinner most nights, Ginger is often inviting student teachers from the University over. She sees herself as a mentor to these young kids.

Most nights however I'm eating re-heated leftovers by myself.

Stewart is a very studious boy. He will always get his homework done on time. Probably because his mother is his teacher.

When he isn't doing homework he's working on his artwork. I don't see any of the girls that he used to hang out with anymore, when I brought it up he just went back to painting. I guess something happened and he doesn't want to talk about it.

Spring 2012: Becker #2

Spring 2012: Dylan Becker is 82, Jason and Laura Becker are 62.

Jason: My Mum has spend a lot of time lately on the phone with her grand kids. She loves to know what's going on in there lives and I'm sure that they tell her stuff that they won't tell anyone else.

It's nice to spend the evenings playing pool with Laura and my Mum. It was one of the best things we ever did to build the games room.

One weekend Sarah came over to visit with Molly. Korey was busy with work.

Mum loves spending time with Molly, she's the only grandchild left that hasn't fully grown up yet.

Molly loves spending time with her grandmother, she really is the only one that will still play silly games with her.

Korey did manage to make it for dinner later. I really should have Sarah and the family over more often.

Diana has always had a close relationship with her grandmother. When she was home for a weekend she came over to visit. I guess my Mum really is still a kid at heart, I don't think anyone else can get Diana to have pillow fights anymore but her.

That night when Diana was over ended up being very sad, My Mum passed away that night. I think she knew it was coming as she had spoken with all of her grandchildren, if not seen them all that week.

Laura is trying to keep going as normal but I will often break down. I'm really going to miss having my Mum around.

Winter 2012: Nova Winter Vacation

Winter 2012: Andrew Nova is 61 and Kerry Nova is 59.

Kerry Nova: Andrew decided to surprise me with a beach vacation. He says its for my 60th birthday that will happen later this year. He whisked me off to Twikkii Island for a few days of glorious sun.

I guess in our moments of friskiness we didn't realize that there was actually someone around.

The first night was quite rainy so we spent it cuddling in our cabin.

The next day was still rainy so we went to the spa. It was so nice to relax in the sauna.

I left Andrew in the sauna and went for my hot stone massage..... it was so nice to relax.

I found Andrew later lounging on a hammock. I don't think he's quiet got the idea of relaxing, he was still in his suit.

I think Andrew thought I was asleep when he went to play in the puddle on our balcony one night.

After Andrew crawled into bed I got up for a midnight snack.

We finally got a nice sunny day so we decided to spend it on the beach and relax.

We decided to go to one of the larger hotels for a romantic dinner. It's so nice to just spend time together, not worrying about work.

Our last night was so wonderful, we didn't want to go to bed and miss out on any time we had left.

Despite the rain through a lot of our vacation I was still disappointed to leave that morning. We will have to come back here someday.

Winter 2011/12: New Years

Winter 2011/12: Tara and Abigail Flylar are 56.

Tara: With the New Years party coming up at our place Abigaile convinced me that it was time for a makeover. I guess it has been awhile since I've done anything with my hair.

I didn't do a lot with my hair but I really love it.

Then Abigail said it was time to update my wardrob, so we went to the little boutique in town.

She was right... she's always right my new look is great. I love my new clothes.

We celebrated with a nice lunch on the main street.

We decided it would be nice if the boys came over before the party with their girlfriends so we could spend some time together. Things didn't go as planned.

Jacob and Tamara headed upstairs for some time alone.

Justin and Miriam headed outside to the hot tub.

I thought it was just youth until I found Kyle an Ginger in the hot tub later that night during the party.

By the time our late dinner was served everyone was all nicely dressed in their formal clothes.

Just before midnight we headed outside.

Everyone was outside to ring in the new year. All in all it was a great party.

The moment Justin, Jacob, Miriam and Tamara arrived on the lot they went right for their respective private places for woohoo.

Fall 2011: Sims State Downtown Campus

Fall 2011: Diana Lind is 19 and Jacob Flylar is 18.

Both Jacob and Diana where both draw to the new campus of Sim State mostly for the more hands on programs especially in their chosen field of the Culinary Arts. The fact that is was located in Downtown Chantilly didn't hurt things. They where both looking forward to the last year when they get to work in a local restaurant as part of their training.

Jacob loves the view from their dorm, he loves being this close to all the high rises of downtown.

Diana finds things a lot more relaxed in this dorm. It wasn't always easy seeing Frederick everyday. Here she rarely even thinks about him.

The first day of classes Diana and Jacob headed to Lambton Hall where most of their classes and labs would be located.

Jacob was thrilled when he was able to start working in a real kitchen after only a couple of weeks of lecture.

Diana was really happy with her decision to leave fashion to her personal life and focus on her love of cooking. She had never been happier.

Dorm life was great for both Jacob and Diana. Occasionally Tamara would come into town for a weekend, she enjoyed it a lot more with Diana and Jacob as she still didn't have many friends at her dorm.

Part way through playing my custom dorm it became very glitchy despite much testing of the dorm before I moved Jacob and Diana in so they had to move into a dorm that I imported from the regular Sim State campus.

Fall 2011: Chantilly Tech

Fall 2011: Addison Becker, Hannah Becker, Henry Pitts and Meadow Thayer are 20, Anthony Upsnott and Madison Mather are 19.

The dorm still provides all that the current students want and they love the social aspect of living together.

Hannah spends a lot of time in the computer lab working on her term paper and studying for her classes.

Addison isn't having such a good time with some of the regular visitors to the dorm.

She's always getting into fights, this is her not so nice side coming out.

Once Hannah realized what was going on in the dorm she was determined to drag Addison to the computer lab with her when she went. Addison would spend most of her time playing games or chatting with friends rather than working on school work.

Meadow was a lot happier this semester, she loves getting up early and having a quiet breakfast with no one else around.

After breakfast she would find a nice quiet study place to do some reading before class. This would free up her evenings for more fun things.

Henry would often wait till after class to work on school stuff but he would get down to it.

As long as Henry didn't have too much work Meadow could always drag Henry away from the books for some fun in the evening. As the two of them were looking at being a real couple this year it was nice to be able to hang out as friends and focus on just the two of them.

Anthony decided that the housekeeping at the dorm wasn't doing a good enough job and would often be found cleaning.

Madison was spending more and more time in the gym working out. There was more and more competition on the sports teams.

Anthony and Madison would find some time to spend together.

The boys liked it when the girls went out, it left them some time to just be guys and hang out. They did feel somewhat outnumbered sometimes.

Fall 2011: Sim State

Fall 2011: Miriam Nova, Justin Flylar, Loren Becker, Frederick Becker are 20, Brandon Becker, Tamara Newson and Diana Lind are 19.

Tamara and Frederick are the only ones left in the dorm. When Jacob had changed his mind about going to University Tamara had hoped that he would be joining her in the dorm but with the new campus in downtown Chantilly he felt that would be a better fit.

Tamara tried to make friends with some of the other girls in the dorm but they alwasy seemed to be looking at her like she had three heads.

Frederick found himself spending a lot of time playing with the synth. He figured it would help with his goal to become a Professional Party Guest. Unlike Tamara he wasn't bothered by not making friends with the rest of the group in the dorm that year.

With most of their friends living in apartments this year Frederick and Tamara ended up doing a lot of studying together. Neither one of them had found themselves making friends with any of the others in the dorm.

Tamara found herself very bored a lot of the time. She would just lounge on the sofa and stare at the wall. It probably didn't help with the impression the other girls at the dorm had of Tamara.

Tamara decided to have a party, Justin and Miriam had to study for mid-terms but Brandon and Loren came over. It started our great, there was a whole group of them dancing like they had the previous year.

The dancing didn't last long. Loren and Brandon spent the rest of the party in the hot tub.

Not long after mid-terms Tamara finally made a friend. I happend over breakfast as both of them where early risers.

Justin and Miriam found a nice one bedroom apartment that wasn't too expensive. They where looking forward to having some privacy.

Miriam loved being able to make her own breakfast in her own kitchen.

Miriam and Justin would start everyday eating breakfast together. It was perfect.

At night Miriam would often take advantage of the telescope on the communal balcony. It was one of the things that had sold her on this apartment building.

Justin loved the peace and quiet so he could read the paper.

One day however Miriam realized that maybe she needed a little more company that just Justin. She began to regret not goign to Tamara's party back at the old dorm.

They had the gang over for a study session and the Miriam made them all dinner.

Loren and Brandon spent a bit more on their new apartment then Justin and Miriam had, but they wanted a nicer kitchen with new appliances.

They loved the privacy they had in their new place. The did what they wanted, where and when they wanted to.

They loved even studying together. They would go out if friends invited them but they where just as happy to stay at home just the two of them.

Brandon found he was doing most of the cleaning but he didn't really mind that much.

They talked about movies when they actually got around to sitting down for a meal together. Their class schedules didn't always allow for that.

At the end of the day it was always just the two of them asleep. (no dreams for either of them, I don't think I've ever had sims that don't dream).

Fall 2011: Chantilly Academy Lower School

Fall 2011: Daniel Becker is 22, Jessie Gorey and Chris Mather are 13, Matthew Pitts, Molly Lind, Tina Traveller, Lana Connor and Nicholas Gorey are 8.

Daniel has 7 students in his class this year. I nice easy number to handle for his first full year of teaching.

With the weather still being warm this kids spend most of their lunch playing outside.

One Friday afternoon Daniel decided that the kids would benefit more form playing sports outside rather than being stuck inside studying.

So far Daniel hasn't had too much trouble with the kids. Getting them to get down to work unusually isn't too difficult.

The first few weeks of library time a few of the kids didn't know what they should be doing so Daniel had to help them figure out what options they did have.

Art class is always a breeze, all the kids love to paint.

Music class is a different story. It's a mixed bag when it comes to music.

The boys often don't want to do music so it can often be a battle to get them to pick an instrument. Daniel found that informing them if they didn't work on their skills here they would be way behind when they went to High School and thus they wouldn't be able to play the guitar or drums.

All in all the fall semester went very well for Daniel.

Fall 2011: Ngai

Fall 2011: Daniel Becker, Ivy Ngai, Edward Becker and Bailey Nova are 22, Claire Green is 24 and Julien Becker is an infant.

Ivy: With Daniel taking over for Claire at Chantilly Academy Lower School we have decided to live in Chantilly. There is new development in the west end of Chantilly where there are small houses and a low rise apartment building. It is also across the road from the school, which is great for Daniel.

Edward and Claire came over one afternoon and they brought Julien. I loved playing with Julien and cooing over him but was happy to leave it to Edward and Claire to have children.

They didn't spend long at our place, it was the first trip out of the house for Julien.

As they where leaving Claire talked with Daniel a little about the school and told him that he would do well and to stop worrying about everything going smoothly, nothing does with children.

The first morning of school all we talked about was Daniels plan for the next school year.

I spent the morning doing house work. It's amazing how dirty the place can get with only the two of us.

Then I spent some time looking for the wanted ads in the paper. I found myself a job with the local paper. I couldn't help wondering how things where going for Daniel.

I made Daniels favourite for dinner, pork chops.

Daniel was really excited about my new job. I wasn't so sure, I I'm not sure what I want to do with myself aside from make lots of money. Is that shallow of me?

The job didn't go very well. I barley made if through half the day before they told me to go home and that they wouldn't be needing me.

Daniel was great about it when he came home from school. He even cooked dinner that night.

The next day Bailey came over for lunch. She works in the evenings so we had lots of time to catch up.

Bailey wasn't so sure about my getting a job at the local dinner. I told her it was just a job to make some money. Bailey did give me something to think about though. She told me to go with what I love to do.

That night at dinner Daniel and I talked about job ideas for me. I have always been a fitness buff so maybe I need to find a job in that field.

Later that week I went downtown to the stadium. I have a friend that sometimes let me sneak in an kick a ball around. I find it helps me think. It helped, I thought what about the new downtown campus of Sim State?, they have a gym.

I went as soon as possible to the gym to see if they needed any trainers or instructors.

I started the next week as a personal trainer at the gym. They also had me on a list to fill in for some of the fitness classes when instructors called in sick.

I love teaching the yoga class.

One of the best perks of working at the gym is the free massages.

Daniel is so wonderfully. Every night I come home gushing about my job and working downtown. I try to let Daniel tell me about his day but sometimes I just can't help myself and I go on and on about my day.

Summer 2011: Mini

Summer 2011: Valerie and Addison Mather are 56, Miles Connor is 42, Amanda Connor is 38, Chris Mather is 13, Lana Connor is 8 and Charlie Connor is 3.

I thought I would introduce a few of the none playable playable's that do play a part in Chantilly. The Mather's are Madison's mothers and Miles Connor is the headmaster of Chantilly Academy.

Valerie and Addison Mather decided that after Madison had left for University that they missed having a child around the house so they adopted Chris. Chris will be joining Jessie Gorey in grade 8.

Miles Connor married Amanda and they have 2 children Lana who is currently attending Chantilly Academy Lower School and Charlie who is 3 the same age as Alexis Upsnott.

Fall 2011: St. Julien

Fall 2011: Juan St Julian and Bailey Nova are both 22.

Bailey: Juan and I decided we wanted to live downtown. Over the past few years there has been a lot of development. We found a studio apartment near all the clubs that we like to go to. There's even a small bar downstairs from us. My Mum's a little concerned about the safety of the neighbourhood but I'm always with Juan so I tell her not to worry. Also this works well as both Juan and I are bartenders downtown. One day I want to become a chef but for now it's fun to work behind the bar.

I know Juan and I have live together for the past 2 years but it's different now we have our own place. It's nice to know it's only the two of us.

We often go down the street for lunch to the diner.

They have a photo booth that we like to use at the diner. It takes us back to last year at the Greek house.

One time we even managed to have some photo's taken while we where in the booth.

I do like to work on my cooking. I've been working on a few new recipes lately.

I do like to go out with Juan but some days it's nice just to sit in our own place over a meal.

Summer 2011: McArthur

Summer 2011: Larry McArthur is 54, Catherine is 52, Penny is 15 and Jasmine is 1,
(Gabriella Gorey is 15).

Penny: Family life I guess is kind of boring for most, we seem to have a routine down. I often help out with Jasmine while Mum and Dad make dinner.

I don't know why but I love watching Jasmine while she sleep.

I do spend a lot of time hanging out with Gabriella. Now that we're almost 16 our parents will let us go downtown to the new teen hangout the Corner Spot. It's a strange name as it's not on a corner but Gabriella and I really enjoy it.

Over dinner the other night Mum and Dad asked me if I wanted jewelry for my birthday. I figured that was the best time to tell them about the ballet classes they where offering at the new downtown campus of Sim State University.

Later that week Gabriella came with me to check out the dance classes offered at the downtown campus.

All the other dancers in the class where already at University but that didn't bother me or the instructor. While I was dancing Gabriella went to work out in the gym, she doesn't really like dancing but she is a fitness buff. I think Gabriella and I might try to come here in a few years rather than the other campus. I think it would be fun to live downtown.

Spring 2011: Chantilly Tech

Spring 2011: Addison Becker, Hannah Becker, Henry Pitts and Meadow Thayer are 19, Anthony Upsnott and Madison Mather are 18.

The beginning of the spring term also brought great weather so the gang would all head to the beach that was one of the biggest pulls of Chantilly Tech.

The girls all headed for the sand and some sunbathing.

The main drama for this term was between Henry and Meadow, they had been seeing each other casually for years with no thought to who the other was seeing but all of a sudden Meadow started getting jealous of this one girl that Henry always seem to invite over.

She found them in the hot tub together and felt like Henry had cheated on her.

Henry was so confused, he went to talk to Anthony "It's like she went off like a rocket ship, I don't know what I"m supposed to do".

Meadow spent the next couple of weeks hiding in her dorm room writing in her journal. Even she couldn't believe her reaction to Henry, she had never been bothered before.

Meadow eventually found herself spending a lot of late nights talking with Madison. She always seem to be able to put things into prospective.

By the end of the semester Henry and Meadow has made up and decided that they would make a real try at a relationship, no more seeing other people.

Spring 2011: Sim State

Sim State Dorm

Diana is starting to reconsider her want to become a Chef, she's trying to find a summer job in the fashion industry to see if that really is the area she wants to get into.

She's also spending time with lots of different guys on campus, she doesn't always remember their names.

Frederick thought he could just spend time as fiends with Diana but all she seemed to want to talk about was fashion. If she got the summer job she was gunning for he wouldn't seem much of her over the summer.

Most weekends there was a kegger at the dorm and everyone would drink a little too much.

Frederick had much more than he thought and tried to kiss Diana....

That didn't go over so well, luck for Frederick Diana wasn't entirely sober so she let him off with a mild scolding.

Despite all of her time spent with lots of guys she really only things about Frederick, especially after that kiss.

Justin and Miriam tend to spend most of their time in one of their dorm rooms.

It's not always easy to get privacy though, someone is always barging in to talk to them.

Miriam, though she likes the parties sometimes worries about Tamara and how much she drinks.

The worry doesn't last too long as she is soon right there just as drunk at Tamara.

Then the silliness begins. (I've never had two sims juggle together before)

The boys decided they needed a night away from the dorm with none of the ladies to distract them. It was also a good time for Brandon and Justin to tell Frederick that they wouldn't be staying in the dorm with Frederick the next year. Privacy for the two couples was becoming a big issue for them.

Brandon and Loren also spent a lot of time in their dorm rooms.

And there was never really a moment they where left alone.

Cupiditas Domus

The Greek House was always full of people especially on the weekends when they had parties.

With most of the residence of Cupiditas Domus very busy with their final semester term papers having impromptu jamming sessions was often a great stress release.

Bailey was very concerned with moving back to Chantilly, she and Juan didn't really want to live with her parents they wanted to get an apartment in Downtown Chantilly. Daniel convinced her that she just needed to be honest with her parents. He also told her that he and Ivy would be moving back to Chantilly but not with his parent.

"School is almost done, we have to have one big final party" Juan stated one morning at breakfast. Everyone was in agreement and so the planning began.

Ivy thought Edward had gone a little nuts with the cleaning for the party, it's not like anyone coming to the party hadn't see the Greek House in it's natural state.

The party went all night and found Bailey and Diana still playing poker at 6 the next morning.

Juan and Bailey both graduated with a B+ average and where now hunting for a loft apartment in Downtown Chantilly.

Daniel and Ivy graduated with Honour's, they have found a nice apartment in Chantilly nearby to Chantilly Academy Lower School where Daniel will be working as a substitute teacher while Claire is on maternity leave. Ivy hasn't decided what she wants to do but is going to see what kinds of jobs are available when she gets settled in their new place.

Edward graduated with honour's as well. He will be joining Claire back in Chantilly, they will be living in the family home where there will be lots of help with the new addition that is due in July.

Spring 2011: Chantilly Academ

Chantilly Lower School

Early in the spring Edward came back to Chantilly to see Claire, he suspected something was up and when they got to the park he was sure.

Clarie finally got up the nerve to tell Edward her news.... "I'm pregnant, I'm due in July" Edward was surprised but thrilled.

For a little while after telling Edward things at school went smoothly for Claire, the students where all very good and would work without much goofing around.

Over the March break a few changes had been made at the school. The library had been extended a bit, a few more computers added and another chess set. There would be more students coming in the fall.

Near the end of the school year the kids where getting restless and being in her third trimester Claire really didn't have the energy to keep then in line.

Even in art class the kids couldn't focus on what they where supposed to be doing.

On the last day of school Claire had Daniel Becker come around to see how things where run, he would be taking over Claire's duties while she was on maternity leave.

Chantilly Upper School

The Upper School is a small group at the moment and it will be shrinking even more with Jacob graduating this year.

Classes went on as usually, Ginger was always better at handling this group of students than Miles was.

Pancakes for lunch was always a favorite. Penny and Gabriella where always wanting to talk to Jacob about what he would be doing next year. They wanted to avoid any silliness with boys, single boys to be exact and they thought Jacob might have some advise for them.

To focus on themselves the girls decided to get into debating and would stay late at school just to practice for their competitions.

You could tell that summer was upon them, no one was interested in classes even gym.

Spring 2011: Flylar

Spring 2011: Abigail and Tara Flylar are 55, Jacob Flylar is 17.

Jacob spends his days doing his chores.

Doing his homework.

Working out, he doesn't want to get fat.

Given the chance he will spend hours in the evening stargazing.

The phone call from the University Recruiter was the last straw for Jacob but how to tell his mothers that he doesn't want to join his brother or girlfriend at University. They will be so disappointed.

He spent a week procrastinating by painting the portrait of Abigail.

Dinner wasn't what he expected the night he told his mothers. "It's not like I want to work in a factory. I want to be a chef, what degree is going to give me the experience that working in a kitchen will? "

Abigail left the dinner table and went to play with the dogs.

That night Tara and Abigail just stared at each other, what could they really do Jacob would be 18 soon and it was his decision what he would do with his life.

Winter 2011: Pitts

Winter 2011: Jordan Pitts is 54, Aiden Pitts is 53, Colin Pitts is 15 and Matthew Pitts is 7.

Colin: Dad is spending a lot of time practicing speaches, he wants to be chief of staff at Chantilly Hospital, they are building a new bigger hospital downtown and just leaving the clinic here in Chantilly.

Matthew is so good about doing his homework, I can't face doing more work when I get home from school.

Matthew is really good friends with Jessie Gorey even though he's 5 years older. Jessie is either at our place or Matthew goes over to his place.

The one thing Matthew and I have in common is that we both like to sleep in on the weekends.

I decided that I wanted to avoid the drama that comes along with Penny and Gabriella so I thought I would go on a date with a girl I met at the arcade downtown rather than a girl at Chantilly Academy. I took Kea to the park with an ice rink and a nice coffee shop.

It was hard to say goodbye but Mum wanted me home for dinner and Kea had to get back downtown where she lives.

What Mum didn't say about dinner was that Matthew was over at Jessie's and they wanted to talk to me about school. They had a lot of questions about what I wanted to study when I go to university. I'm not sure I want to go to university.

I'm only truly happy when I'm playing bass. I need to find someplace better to play than our house.

Winter 2010/2011: Nova's New Years Eve Party

Winter 2010/2011: Andrew Nova is 61, Kerry Nova is 58, Bailey Nova and Juan St Julien are 21 and Miriam Nova and Justin Flylar are 19.

Kerry: The girls came home for a short while during the holidays. It was nice to have a quiet lunch just the family before our New Years Eve party. It's not going to be a big party like Holly and Kevin had last year, just a few friends and the girls boyfriends.

Justin's had come home for the holidays so he came over before the party began for a little bit.

Juan came over a little while after. I don't think he's been here since everything happened between Bailey and Edward a few years back.

It was nice to get a family picture with everyone all dressed up for the party.

Andrew loves to cook for a crowed. Everyone loved his pork chops.

Kevin loves to bang the pots on New years.

Bailey and Juan weren't so happy with all the noise. Unfortunately despite being New Years the police thought our party was a little too loud and shut our party down before midnight.

It ended up the boys (Andrew, Juan and Justin) building sandcastle us ladies danced the rest of the night away.

Fall 2010: Chantilly Tech

Fall 2010: Henry Pitts, Addison Becker, Meadow Thayer and Hannah Becker are 19. Anthony Upsnott and Madison Mather are 18.

Anthony and Madison have joined the group at Chantilly Tech. Anthony hasn't decided yet what he would like to do, he's hoping that his first year courses will help him figure that out. Madison has always wanted to be a Mad Scientist and has chosen Math as her major.

The first place to introduce the new students to is the coffee house.

Nothing much has changed for the sophomore group at Chantilly Tech.

Anthony and Madison decided to try things out at the open session on one night at the coffee house.

Henry was glad to have another guy around, sure there where other guys in the dorm but they never seemed to be around, it was always the ladies.

The girls didn't seem to bug Henry so much for wandering around in his Pj's now that Anthony was around doing the same thing. Study sessions where much more comfortable for Henry these days.

Madison and Meadow had known each other at High School but they where becoming fast friends now that they where living in the same dorm. They liked to push each other to get papers done faster and see who could do more assignments, it didn't matter that Meadow was an Art major and Madison a Math major.

Loren always preferred working on her term paper when the computer lab was empty.

It didn't matter what Anthony was doing he was always thinking about Madison. He is a family sim after all.

Henry and Meadow has always spent their time together but they never made serious commitments to each other. Neither one was bothered when the other spent time with someone else.

They did still spend most of their free time together.

Madison and Anthony found they enjoyed spending time in the hot tub together, it was just a matter of waiting till there was no one else around.

Fall 2010: Sim State University

Fall 2010 : Diana Lind, Tamara Newson and Brandon Becker are 18. Frederick Pitts, Justin Flylar, Miriam Nova and Loren Becker are 18, Daniel Becker, Edward Becker, Bailey Nova, Ivy Ngai, Juan St Julien and Allie Stone are 20. Melanie Ebadi is 22 and Claire Green is 23.

Sim State Dorm

Brandon, Tamara and Diana have joined the foursome in the dorm at Sim State University. Brandon and Tamara have not yet settled on what they want to study, Tamara wants to be a professional party guest so she's going to just wait and see what more of her friends are studying. Brandon is a romance sim but he's reconsidering his goal of whooing 20 different sims especially everything that has happend with Loren. Diana is a drama major, she has always wanted to be a celebrity chef but lately she has taken a fancy towards fashion.

The first thing that Brandon found himself doing when he moved into the dorm at Sim State was head to the basketball net out back.

Diana decided it was time to get to know Loren a bit better and try to get over what had happend the year before. They where going to be spending the next year together and Loren had stopped any romantic contact with Frederick as she had promised Brandon.

Loren and Brandon where stronget than ever. Loren only ever had wants for Brandon even when he wasn't around and Fredierick was.

Nothing much has changed for Justin and Miriam. They spend all thier time together and are thinking about getting their own place rather than moving into the Greek House.

Tamara is encouraging Jacob to come visit his brother every chance he can get... thus visiting her. They spend the whole weekend he came to visit together and ignoring everyone else.

Frederick was trying to move on from everything that had happend then year before. He would go to the coffee house and spend his time watching all the ladies but none of them seem to interest him.

Having Diana around all the time Fredrick soon realized that he was still in love with her.

Diana on the other hand seemed to be spending her time with all the guys in their dorm. She would sit down to breakfast with whoever was there except Fredrick.

Cupiditas Domus

It was the last year that for the current residents of Cupiditas Domus, thus the all importent silly pictures where put up on the wall in the kitchen.

Juan and Bailey spend lots of time playing poker and making friends with whoever shows up at the house.

Edward, Allie and Ivy have been spending maybe a bit too much time with the bubble blower. They don't really care though, their all having fun.

On the weekends Claire will often come and spend at least one night with the gang. That is when she doesn't have work to do for the next week's lessons.

Brandon and Ivy are as close as ever.

Edward has never been happier than he is with Claire. He finaly has found the women of his dreams.

Allie has also finally found someone she met Melanie on a blind date and she's a DJ at one of the clubs in downtown Chantilly.

All disputes between Edward and Juan are long since over, they find they take out any left over comptitive tendencies in the gym.

Being knowledge sims it's not surprising to often find Ivy and Daniel with their noses in books.

Over breakfast one day most of the gang started thinking about going away for spring break... when else would the be able to go on a vacation.

Fall 2010: Chantilly Academy

Chantilly Lower School

Things at the lower school are running smoothly. Claire Green has a good handle on all the kids and they all seem to be enjoying school.

Lana and Nicholas love to go straight for the computers when they go to library.

Tina and Matthew always have their heads in a book and Jessie being the eldest love's to show off his chess skill to whoever is willing to play. Molly is getting close to showing Jessie that he isn't always going to win.

Despite being a fair bit older than the other kids Jessie has become good friends with most of them.

Chantilly was having a very mild November and Claire realized that her students where getting fidgety and bored in class.

The next day she decided to take them on a field trip rather than doing more school work. It was a Friday after all.

The kids love the playground. What kid doesn't, especially when they should be in class doing work.

Claire also introduced the kids to roller skating. She figured she could get a fun gym class in without the kids realizing it.

Chantilly Upper School

With the graduation of 5 students from the Upper school and no new students has left Miles Connor with a lot of time on his hands as he no longer has a homeroom class to teach. He finds himself checking in on Gingers class a lot, not that she needs any help with them.

Miles finds himself doing a lot more of the chores around the school like raking up all the leaves. This gives him more time at home with his family.

Miles still instructs some of the more technical classes like overseeing the computer lab.

Things seem to have settled between Penny and Gabriella. They are always together and seem closer than ever.

Miles decided to have a meeting with the parents of Chantilly Academy to see how they would feel if he removed the need for school uniforms. Everyone seemed to be in agreement and that starting the next week the kids could wear their street clothes.

The students at the Upper School where too enthralled grilling Jacob about going to university the next year to make much comment about the lack of uniforms. They all seem to act like it nothing had changed.

The one thing that had seemed to change was the fact that Stewart and Penny where spending a lot more time together. Nothing serious had happened but Stewart was more friendly with everyone and getting tongue tied around Penny. (lot's of heart farts over her)

Sim's always make me wonder. Stewart and Gabriella have 3 bolts for each other and he defiantly findes her more to his liking but all of his heart farts and flirting is concentrated on Penny who he only has one bolt for. Maybe there was something to the fight that Penny and Gabriella had at camp.

Fall 2010: Becker #2

Fall 2010: Dylan Becker is 81, Korey Lind, Jason and Laura Becker are 61, Sarah Lind is 56, Daniel Becker is 21, Hannah Becker is 19, Brandon Becker and Diana Lind are 18 and Molly Lind is 6.

Dylan: I don't know what the fascination is but I just can't seem to pry myself away from watching the neighborhood. I think Brittany Upsnott is back home again, they live in the green house down the street.

I invited Sarah and Korey over for dinner the other night, it was nice to have the kids around and just listen t their conversations. One would often think of Korey as a dandy with all his preening but he does take care of Sarah, he's always wanting to pamper her.

Dinner wasn't anything special, just a roast chicken but I love cooking for a full house.

I decided it was time for a party so we made it a family party and invited all the grand kids. Diana hasn't decided what she wants to major in at University. She wants to be a fashion designer and she's not sure if she should to Art or Business.

I sware sometimes I can feel Even around, especially when the whole family is together.

None of the kids brought their girlfriends with them, I guess that would have been too much to ask right around mid-terms. Diana seems ok, she is living in the same dorm as Frederick this year, she hasn't said anything about it but I think she's coping well.

I have five wonderful grandchildren but every now and then I think it would be nice to have another one. Laura's defiantly too old but I wonder if Sarah is, she's 56.... I think I'm just being silly in my old age.

Molly and Jason love the water, it was a nice fall evening and we do keep the pool heated so the two of them headed out to play in the water.

All in all it was a great party. I love to see all my family but it's nice to have a quiet house again.

Summer 2010: Summer Camp and other Things

The annual summer camp trip for had most of the teen partaking in it this year.

Miles Connor thought this year was going to be a breeze. All the teens got along or the problems from the previous year had been dealt with.

Those that had been the year before where showing the others how to throw the axes.

And the food, they all had to try the flap jacks... Anthony had been looking forward to this all year.

The peaceful trip that Miles had envisioned evaporated one night when out of the blue Penny attacked her best friend Gabriella. Everyone was surprised, no one more so than Gabriella.

After letting them sleep on it Miles went to talk to Penny in the morning to see if he could figure out what was going on.

It took most of the day but Miles finally got Gabriella and Penny to talk. That's when the whole story came out.

At the beginning of the trip Penny and Stewart had a brief moment of flirting. Penny was on cloud nine. Later on she saw Gabriella talking with Stewart, they had their heads very close together, really they had only been gossipping. Seeing this had made Penny extremely jealous and that was when she attacked Gabriella.

Once that had been cleared up things went back to normal and the rest of the trip was peaceful, the teens spent their time fishing, talking around the camp fire and throwing axes.

Diana, like the year before had decided that she was going to work over the summer. She wants to have a career in the fashion industry so working at the boutique she thought would give her an advantage. She had gotten very good at sales and being able to figure out what would suit people and flatter their figure.

It was often a long line at the cash but Diana was always able to handle it with a smile on her face. She loved her job.

Brandon had told his parent that he was going off to camp, instead he and Loren booked into a hotel in Downtown Chantilly. They couldn't wait till the fall to spend time together.

Their room had a fantastic view of the new cleaned up residential area of downtown Chantilly. Brandon thought it would be a great place to live after University.

They didn't really do much, they lounged in their room.

Went down to the restaurant for meals.

And spend late nights soaking in the hot tub. They loved every minute of their mini vacation.

Summer 2010: Upsnott

Summer 2010: Brittany and Ken Upsnott are 55, Anthony Upsnott and Madison Mather are 17.

Anthony: Dad finally convinced Mum to go to the doctor about her eating problems.

She still doesn't think it's too much of a problem. "I love food, I really do" By the end of the session with Dr Harris they had Mum convinced to go to a facility to help her deal with her eating problem. She will probably be there most of the summer.

I went with Mum to see that she got settled in alright. She didn't want to let go when I went to hug her goodbye. I was also headed off to camp for a week.

Mum writes to tell me how boring the group sessions are. She said she almost fell asleep at one of them.

For the first two weeks she tried to convince everyone that she wasn't sick. The therapist was getting really upset with her. "Why did you come to therapy if you don't think you have a problem!."

She still does the "I'm hungry bit" but then won't go a get any food.

I think when it finally hit her she just fell apart.

Next thing they knew Mum was cooking a Turkey dinner for everyone in therapy.

I felt bad leaving dad alone with Alexis but he reassured me that going to camp would be good for me. I would have a good time, it had been a rough year.

I think Dad spent a lot of time on his next book. Well that and spending time with Alexis.

The day I came back from camp I was so tired I just went right to bed.

The next morning Alexis was begging me to play in the bath with her. She could spend hours in the tub. It hit me while I was bathing her that I'm going to miss a lot of her growing up when I go to University.

I find it a little depressing at home so I often go over to Madison's house during the day.

With Madison's mother's out at work all the time it's given us a lot of time to talk about stuff. We decided it was time to have sex. I hope it was as good for Madison as it was for me.

Mum came home in the middle of the day when Dad was out. He knew she was home the moment he walked in the door. She even had a plate of pancakes ready for a breakfast dinner. I don't think I've seen Dad this happy in years.

Summer 2010: Prom

Anthony and Madison have been a couple through most of high school and are still going strong.

Tamara and Jacob haven't been together nearly as long as Anthony and Madison but they have no eyes for anyone else. Jacob isn't worried at all about Tamara going off to university in the fall.

No one wanted Diana and Brandon to fell like a third wheel so the couples split up for dinner.

Once the DJ started up the real party began. Everyone was out on the dance floor.

No one noticed when Diana left the dance floor. She couldn't help but remember last years prom. How different things where then.

It wasn't long till Brandon found Diana and tempted her back inside for dessert. They made comment on how the couples with the sappy slow dances where missing out on sugary things.

By the end of the night Diana had found a way to make the party more fun for her and Very different from the previous year. The DJ let her have a go for one song and then decided he would sit out for the whole set. She was really good.

Spring 2010: Sim State

Spring 2010 : Frederick Pitts, Justin Flylar, Miriam Nova and Loren Becker are 18, Daniel Becker, Edward Becker, Bailey Nova, Ivy Ngai, Juan St Julien, Allie Stone are 20.

Sim State Dorm

The winter break didn't seem to bring an end to the antics at Sim State. Frederick thought it would be funny to just go about his normal day at the dorm in the nude. Everyone tried to leave it alone but really?!

Frederick wasn't the only one up to games. On night when the gang was at the Student Union Miriam thought it would be funny to put soap in the fountain.

Despite all of his high jinks Frederick would go to bed alone. He still had hopes of getting back together with Diana and he didn't want anything to put that in jeopardy even though they weren't a couple anymore.

Justin and Miriam would spend almost all of their time together. They would even allocate time together to work on term papers.

They had also given up any idea that they didn't share a bed. There was only one dorm room they used now.

Loren would often spend so much time studying that she would forget to eat until 2 or 3am and then she would have to make it herself.... mac and cheese it was, that was all she had the energy for.

With the nice weather the dorm pool had opened up again and they would spend a least some time everyday in it. Miriam would sometimes even forgo lunch just to spend more time in the pool.

Cupiditas Domus

Over at the Greek House things had settled into a routine. Weekend pancake breakfast's, usually at about 2pm, were a must.

Almost every weekend there was a Toga party too but as the spring weather was so nice most people ended up in their bathing suits instead. Often the keg was passed over in favor of the bubble blower.

When the two couples had gone to bed for the night all tucked up with their significant other, no one realized what Edward was up too.

Everyone thought Edward was still downstairs playing poker by himself. It was how they had left him when they all went off to bed.

On Friday and Saturday nights when there wasn't a party on Edward would make his way back to Chantilly to visit his phone buddy. Holly thought that she had introduced Claire Green and Edward, little did she know that they had met months before at a club downtown and had spent many a late night on the phone together.

Edward and Claire spent many an evening just talking over coffee. They had found a nice little cafe in Chantilly that so far no one in the family had discovered yet.

Spring 2010: Chantilly Tech

Spring 2010: Henry Pitts, Addison Becker, Meadow Thayer and Hannah Becker are all 18.

After all the parties of their fist semester at University it was time to get down to some serious work. Henry and Addison headed over to the computer lab to work on their papers.

Hannah thought she would be able to work on her paper at the dorm but she always found something other than her paper to think about.

When she finaly decided that her head was too distracted she would head to the gym for an hour or two of cardio.

Meadow was having an easy time of things and was often to be found at the dorm playing video games.

Spring semester wasn't all about the work though. Henry and Meadow where often to be found at the coffee shop.

Addison would drag Hannah to the Kareoke place in Chantilly. Addison could sing all night long if Hannah would let her.... she wouldn't.

As finals got closer and closer group study sessions became more common. It was harder to duck out on studying if there where a whole group in one room.

Spring 2010: Chantilly Academy

Miles Connor had a great interview with Ginger Newson to replace Jodie. She had a very good record from Chantilly High School. Ginger was really excited about starting. A lot of the interview was just Miles and Ginger talking about their favorite sports.

Gingers first day went really well. All the students went right to work and Ginger didn't have to order students back to work very often. Stewart is in her class too and seems to be very quiet now that his mother is the teacher.

Ginger wasn't the only one with a great class. Miles was so proud of his Grade 12 class. He was also looking forward to not having to teach much next year as half the students in the school will be graduating at the end of spring.

One day when Miles was sick Ginger was able to take over the computer lab. This was the moment that Miles realized that Ginger had been the right choice to take over as teacher at the Upper School.

Lunch time see the cafeteria full and no more fighting. Stewart is still getting used to his mother being there all the time, Tamara seems to be OK with it but then again she doesn't have to sit through morning classes with her. Colin may sit at a different table to everyone but he will still join in on the conversation, Stewart just sits and eats his lunch in silence.

After eating now that the weather is good again they kids will head outside to hang out.

Most of the time Diana doesn't bring up Frederick but after he came to see her she just had to get it off her chest. She just couldn't believe that he tried to kiss her after all that had happened.

Unlike her friend Madison was enjoying her love life. She even went along with Anthony's suggestion to sneak into Mr Connors office for a little quality time together.

The girls decided that it was time for Diana to make a change. They brought a straitening Iron and hair products to school one day and restyled Diana's hair. She love's her new look and it was about time she got out of the rut she had been in since the fall.

One weekend Miles headed over the the travel agent to book the school trip. He found other ideas for holidays to take with his family too.

Over at the Lower school there was a lot less drama. Every morning the kids would spend time playing in the playground.

There was a new addition to Claire's class this semester, Miles Connor's daughter Lana (in the right far corner) had joined the small class. Claire love's her group of children, they listen to attentively and are always interested to learn something new.

Molly being the social little girl she is soon had Lana playing chess with her. The whole group had just sucked Lana in as one of them.

Tina would always head to the bookshelf to read. Any chance she gets she has her nose in a book.

The boys on the otherhand head straight for the computers. Unfortunately Claire doesn't let them play video games no matter how hard they try to convince her that they are educational.

With spring here the weather was good enough to head outside for sports. Everyone loves it, especially Jessie, soccer is his favorite.

Spring 2010: Gorey's New Baby

Spring 2010 - David Gorey is 50, Allegra is DAvid 49, Gabriella Gorey is 14, Jessie Gorey is 11, Nicholas Gorey is 6.

David: I love the weekends, we always have breakfast together. With our family it's not always easy to get everyone together. Allegra is just happy that it's now sunny outside. We had a very snowy winter and now spring is finaly here.

Gabriella will often head down the the sports center to play basketball. She often will go early enough so she has the court all to herself.

The boys will spend hours playing in Jessie's room with all there toys. Nicholas is just so thrilled to be going to school with his brother that he always wants to wear his uniform.

It was finally time to welcome another member to our family. Allegra went into labour during breakfast one weekend.

We have another little boy to add to the house, Daren Gorey. I think Gabriella was hoping for a sister.

Daren loves to be put in his swing, he will spend hours there with not a complaint. I think he likes to watch everything that is going on.

Gabriella is truley a family sim. She loves helping out with her brothers. I think I need to work on Allegra to take a night out just the two of us. I know Gabriella will be fine taking care of the boys for one evening.

Gabriella also helps out a lot with the housework. She hates a dirty bathroom, she will leave the kitchen alone but the bathroom has to be sparkling.

Jessie decied it was time for a new hair style, his hair was getting long and we decided that it needed a littll taming.
Nicholas despite loving school is having some trouble with his homework. He often goes to his sister for help rather than Allegra or me.

All of the hardwork with Nicholas has payed off. His final report card was an A. He was thrilled.

With spring fully here and cleaning the house I decided it was time for an update and new appliances. Allegra was thrilled. Maybe now Gabriella will help a bit with keeping the kitchen tidy.

Winter 2010: Lind

Winter 2010 - Korey Lind is 60, Sarah Lind is 55, Frederick Pitts is 18, Diana Lind and Madison Mather are 17, Molly Lind and Matthew Pitts are 6.

Sarah: Korey is now 60, he didn't want to make too big of a deal about it. He doesn't like the white hair but I find it quite attractive.

I'm so glad that Diana has a good friend like Madison, she really needed her when she came back from visiting Frederick at Sim State in the fall. I was afraid something would happen when he went off to school.

Molly has become very good friends with Matthew Pitts Frederick's younger brother, he seems nice enough and they are still children.

Frederick came by one weekend to talk to Diana, I could hear her yelling from outside. At least she is able to stand up for herself. Frederick looked so sad when Diana shooed him out of the house and slammed the door behind him.

All I could think to do was give my daughter a hug. I didn't know what to say to her.

Diana went straight to the kitchen and grabbed the last bag of potato chips in the cupboard. She ate the whole thing.

I'm so glad that Molly is just happy being a kid, I don't even mind when she jumps on the bed.

Molly love's making sand castles she doesn't seem to mind that it's snowing outside.

I found Diana at home one afternoon when she should have been at school. I think she had made 4 or 5 pot holders. I'm not sure what we're going to do with them.

The one thing that seems to be able to get Diana out of her rut is Molly. She is a very infectious child and she loves to spend time with her sister.

Winter 2009/20010: Becker New Years Eve Party

Winter 2009/2010 - Kevin and Holly Becker are 60, Edward Becker is 20, Loren and Addison Becker are 18.

Kevin: Edward called from the Greek house to say he was headed over to pick up the girls and then they would be on there way home for the holidays.

I decided to mix up a few festive drinks to have ready when the kids got home. It would take that about an hour for Edward and Loren to head over to Chantilly Tech to pick up Addison and then home.

It was great to catch up with the kids but really it was more like the three of them catching up. I think I heard some talk of going somewhere warm for spring break but I don't think they can afford it this year.

Holly made the kids favorite for dinner that night, pork chops.

We talked about school and family. Loren and Addison talked about their love lives but Edward just said he wasn't seeing anyone and didn't want to talk about it.

When I got up the next morning I found the kids playing poker... I'm not sure if they had gone to bed as they where in the same places I had left them the night before.

Loren invited Brandon over. I think she hadn't see him since early in the fall. Addison disappeared, I think she went dress shopping with Hannah, they said some thing about getting new dresses for the New Years eve party.

When Brandon left Loren decided she was going to kick her brother's butt at chess (she always plans to but Edward always seems to win.)

Everyone came to the New Years Eve party. All the family and a lot of our friends. Only Loren and Addison invited a friend for the evening, not surprising really. Holly also invited the teachers from Chantilly Academy, she seems to have become good friends with Claire Green and Tammy Holland.

Holly wasn't the only one who seems to like Claire. Edward seemed to spend a lot of the night stairing at her but I don't think I saw him once talk to her. Something big must have happend to Edward at Sim State.

As the New Year approached everyone headed outside.

It was quite the noisy party but thankfully no cops showed to break it up.

The night started to wind down but Holly and I kept dancing along with Addison and Loren. Kyle was the only guest still there and he and Edward seemed to be in quite the intense game of pool.

All to soon the holidays where over and the kids where headed back to school. They all helped clean up after breakfast before they packed up the car for their drive to school. It was great to see the kids.

Fall 20009: Chantilly Academy Part 2

Fall 2009 - Holly Becker is 60, Claire Green is 22, Jessie Gorey is 11, Matthew Pitts, Molly Lind, Tina Traveller and Nicholas Gorey are 6.

Claire spent the weekend before the beginning of school settling in. It was strange to eat breakfast in a large cafeteria with no one else there. Chantilly was a big switch from living in Sim City.

Claire figured it would be good to have the parents and the kids over in the evening so everyone could get to know each other.

Claire had heard horror stories from Judy over at the Upper School but teaching the younger children seem to go quite smoothly.

The cafeteria was much more alive with all the kids filling the seats.

Tina Traveller and Jessie Gorey can always be found at the chess set.

Everyone loves music class. Claire figured it would be best to leave the kids to figure out which instrument's they wanted to play by trying them all out. It was a little chaotic but everyone seems to enjoy it.

Claire only knew Miles, Tammy and Jody in Chantilly so she decided to head out for dinner on her own. It was a beautiful fall evening so sitting out on the patio was a nice way to have dinner.

She ran into Tammy who introduced her to Holly Becker. Even though Holly no longer had children at Chantilly Academy she did help out with school events. All in all things where going well for Claire.

Fall 2009: Chantilly Academy Part 1

Fall 2009 - Miles Connor and Jodie Larson are 40, Tammy Holland is 24, Claire Green is 22, Brandon Becker, Tamara Newson, Anthony Upsnott, Diana Lind and Madison Mathers are 17, Jacob Flylar is 16, Colin Pitts, Stewart Newson, Penny McArthur and Gabriella Gorey are 14.

Enrollment at Chantilly Academy has grown to the point that splitting into two sites was required. Through the summer the old building across the street had been converted to make the Lower School (Grades 1-8) and the original building would remain the site for the Upper School (Grades 9-12).

With more classes, new teachers where required. Claire Green a new grad from Sim State University was an ideal candidate. She had taken Art with extra credit in early childhood education. She would be taking over teaching at the Lower School.

Tammy was hired as the new Art and Music teacher. She has been working as an artist but wanted to pass on her love of the arts to the next generation.

Miles Connor always gets the same reaction from at least one student when he went over what they would be doing in the science lab. Diana wasn't really sure she was going to like this class.

Tamara and Anthony are determined to win the big debating competition with other schools around Sim State.

Penny and Gabriella where determined to get ahead on their very first essay. They hadn't realized just how much work High School was going to be.

The cafeteria at lunch time was always a hub of noise and hormones. Some of the topics of discussion where not one's Mr. Connor wanted to partake in.

Jodie was having more and more trouble controlling her class. The Grade nines where even more difficult for Jodie than the Grade 12 class the previous year.

Mr. Connor realized he had to make a change when a fight broke out between Jacob Flylar and Stewart Newson.

Thankfully Tammy was finding it easy to settle in teaching the art class.

Music was never a difficult subject to teach and the kids are having no problem getting into it with Tammy.

Fall 2009: Newson

Kyle: The first day of High School for Stewart wasn't the nicest weather. I made sure the kids got off to school before I headed over to the store.

The store is really getting busy, even with it being a rainy fall season.

Larry came into the store and was looking at the play table's. "Don't you already have one!" I asked ".. and Jasmine isn't really old enough to play with it anyway." I convinced him to buy a teddy bear instead.

Stewart often comes home from school and hides in his room. He always come out with a with a dreamy look on his face.

Tamara on the other hand goes all starry eyed over Jacob.

At least the stary eyed teen's doesn't last too long when there are video games to be had.

Unfortunately Stewart REALLY doesn't like Jacob. I don't know if I should intervene, Jacob always win's these fights.

Tamara also seems to be able to let her brother have it, even Jacob is surprised at how she goes at him.

Ginger has been working really hard with Stewart, he's not studious like his sister.

The one time Stewart can really focus. He painting a picture to surprise Ginger. She has a big job interview at Chantilly Academy. Their looking for a new teaching for the winter term.

We all wished Ginger good luck as she left for her interview.

Fall 2009: Cupiditas Domus

After many late night discussions with family and friends Bailey and Edward decided they would try to forget what had happend between them and try to make things work with the people they where dating. Everyone had moved into the Greek house and the four of them would be spending lots of time together.

Bailey always knew that she loved Juan, the fling with Edward really wasn't the way she wanted for the rest of her life. Juan still made her heart race when he touched her.

Bailey and Juan decided to make more of a comitment to each other, no more flings with other sims.

The ladies of the Greek house decided it was time for a night out without the boys. They headed into Chantilly to the Kareoke bar, not that they ever left the bar to get up and sing.

By the time they where finished at the bar the local diner was opening up for breakfast so they decided they would have pancakes before heading back to Sim State.

The Greek house wasn't all about parties and having fun, they also knew they had to crack the books too.

Bailey was having the most trouble, she had chosen Art as her major so she didn't have to write papers.... how wrong she had been.

It was time to expand the Greek house membership so Bailey called her sister at the dorm and invited them over for a party.

Bailey may have sorted things out with Juan but Edward was more confused than ever. He still liked Ivy and Bailey but neither one really had him catching his breath everytime he saw either one of them.

Everyone knew something was up when Edward stated burning everything he tried to cook.

Loren had heard that some thing was up with her brother so she invited him over to the coffee house to have a talk. They spent a good few hours and many cups of coffee but Edward did return to the Greek house in a better head space.

What Edward hadn't realized was that Ivy had started spending lots of time with Daniel. Neither one of them wanted to tell Edward before they knew what it was between them.

Daniel did realize one night that he was falling in love with Ivy, of all the girls he had dated at Sim State and he had to fall for his friends sort of girlfriend.

It was time to have a serious talk with Edward. Edward didn't seem to mind if Daniel and Ivy really wanted to be together then it was ok with him.

When Ivy and Daniel told Edward that they where an official couple he didn't seem all that bothered. Edward just shrugged his shoulders and walke away.

The rest of the semester Edward spent a lot of time on the phone and none of his friends could figure out who he spent all those hours on the phone with. The suspected something was up but they weren't sure what.
